Meet local Chiropractor Courtney Cox

Courtney Cox
Courtney’s passion for health and injury management sparked early on after experiencing multiple injuries while competing in Netball and Water Polo at a representative level. As a hypermobile athlete, she quickly learned the value of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and maintaining peak physical condition. This firsthand experience inspired her to follow in the footsteps of those who helped her preserve her athletic career.
Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic from Central Queensland University. She has since deepened her expertise in female athlete physiology by studying the works of Stacy Sims and Libby Weaver, focusing on how female physiology, including the menstrual cycle, can be harnessed as an ergogenic aid to enhance training, performance, and injury prevention.
While Courtney enjoys working with athletes, she is passionate about helping people from all walks of life, regardless of age—whether it’s school-aged children, expecting mothers, or the elderly. Her comprehensive approach includes patient education, rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, chiropractic adjustments, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM), and taping techniques to support her clients in reducing pain, preventing injuries, and achieving their health and fitness goals.
