Thrive Health Co. (est. 2010) is an established multidisciplinary clinic in Graceville – home to Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and Exercise Physiologists who work as a genuine team, not just colleagues sharing a hallway. Our EP service is already thriving, and we’re growing it further with the right person at its heart.

This isn’t a volume-based, churn-and-burn role. It’s a chance to do your best work – across a genuinely diverse client base – while being supported, mentored, and invested in.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our Senior EP and across our multidisciplinary team, delivering one-on-one and small group exercise sessions in our fully equipped clinic gym. Your work will span a broad and interesting client mix:

• Musculoskeletal conditions and chronic/sub-acute pain
• Athletic Performance
• Cardio-respiratory and metabolic health
• Aged care and senior wellness
• DVA and NDIS participants

Beyond the clinical work, you’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys building referral relationships and community connections – because that’s how the best EP practices grow.

Two Pathways In

TRACK A – EXPERIENCED EP
ESSA Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an EP in a clinical or healthcare setting.

TRACK B – HIGH-POTENTIAL NEW GRADUATE
Newly accredited EP with a strong PT foundation
Recent graduates are warmly welcomed – provided you bring at least 2 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and a genuine hunger to grow your clinical career.

In both cases, you’ll hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology, current ESSA accreditation, and current CPR/First Aid certification.

What You’ll Get

COMPENSATION
Starting salary of $80,000 – $95,000/yr incl. + potential commission percentage (pro rata, based on experience)

• CPD investment – Annual CPD budget plus monthly professional development sessions with the team to keep developing your expertise.
