Thrive Health Co’s Classes & Programs

At Thrive we offer a number of different classes to suit all ages and levels of fitness. Our amazing Exercise Physiologist Rachel Forbes (along with input form all of our other practitioners) has developed these classes using the most up to date research to get you out of pain, moving well, and feeling great in a fun and supportive environment. All classes are small in size (no more than 5 participants) to ensure you are getting a focussed workout that will get you the best results whilst limiting the chances of unwanted injuries.

Our class participants range from three years old all the way up to their mid nineties, and from elite sporting professionals to the elite at heart so you should never feel intimidated to give it a go!
