Thrive Fusion is a Functional Fitness Class designed to improve your quality of movement, and optimise your function. These classes are designed to commence, supplement or enhance your current exercise plan.
This class takes you through a range of joint positions, challenging your posture, stability and movement efficiency. Whether you are getting back into exercise, if you have chronic pain, or if you are very active, this class is all about self limiting movement, you are only as good as your joint mobility and stability.
Benefits of the Fusion Fitness Class
It incorporates the best of yoga, pilates, strength and endurance exercise using the theraband wall, resistance bands, suspension bands, kettlebells and free weights to challenge your stability and fundamental movement patterns. Improve your posture and joint stabilisers to optimise your function and movement health.
Through performing a range of mobility, stability, and strength exercises you will learn to activate the right muscles, you will learn how to move optimally for your exercise regime, for your sport, for your everyday life.
Classes are tailored to all conditions, all ages, from complete beginners to experienced exercisers, everyone is welcome. Classes are run in a small group setting with a maximum of 5 participants per class.
